Technical Specialist

Operational Compliance Team

Remote Working with occasional travel to site

We're looking for a Technical Specialist to join our Operational Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in ISO management systems, auditing, technical review, or quality assurance who is looking to develop their expertise within a structured and supportive environment.

Working closely with the Team Leader and Senior Technical Specialist, you'll play a key role in reviewing certification applications, audit reports, and certificates across a range of internationally recognised standards, ensuring certification decisions are robust, accurate, and compliant.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of a varied review workload, primarily focusing on:

  • Reviewing certification applications and contracts for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 schemes.
  • Verifying certification scopes, legal entities, sites, activities, headcounts, shifts and other key information.
  • Calculating and validating audit durations and programmes in line with certification requirements and IAF guidance.
  • Reviewing audit reports and supporting records to ensure certification recommendations are fully supported by evidence.
  • Completing certificate reviews to confirm accuracy before issue.
  • Providing concise, constructive feedback where additional information or corrections are required.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of reviews, decisions and actions taken.
  • Escalating complex, unusual or higher-risk cases when appropriate.
  • Managing your own workload while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
