Role Description
This full-time remote Technical Specialist role is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to FNZ’s clients and internal teams. The Technical Specialist will handle incoming technical queries, diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the wealth management platform, and ensure timely resolution and clear documentation of cases. The role includes collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to escalate complex problems, contribute to system improvements, and maintain service standards. The Technical Specialist will also support onboarding activities, assist with configuration and user guidance, and help optimize platform usage to enhance client satisfaction.

- Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues, interpreting data, and identifying root causes.
- Effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Robust Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve platform, configuration, and integration problems.
- Solid Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, provide proactive updates, and ensure a positive support experience.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, financial services, or wealth management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and follow structured support processes.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field are advantageous.
