Power Platform Technical Specialist

At Trustmarque Ultima, we're helping organisations transform the way they work through intelligent automation, AI, and Microsoft technologies. As one of the UK's leading Microsoft partners, we're looking for a Power Platform Technical Specialist to join our growing Business Applications team.
This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft's wider ecosystem. Whether you're developing enterprise applications, building AI-powered conversational experiences, or integrating data to solve complex business challenges, you'll play a key role in delivering real value for our customers.
Working alongside Solution Architects, Consultants and Project Managers, you'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that encourages innovation, continuous learning and technical excellence.
The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to customer sites and Trustmarque Ultima offices for collaboration.
What you'll be doing
- Design, build and enhance business solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Develop intelligent conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Create and extend functionality through Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
- Integrate Dataverse and other data sources to deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Ensure solutions are robust through effective testing and quality assurance
- Work within Agile delivery teams using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Support reporting and insight through Power BI integrations where appropriate
- Stay up to date with Microsoft's rapidly evolving Power Platform capabilities and share knowledge across the team

What we're looking for
You'll have experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and enjoy solving business challenges through technology.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
- Microsoft Dataverse and data integration
- Microsoft Copilot Studio or conversational AI technologies
- Agile delivery methodologies
- Azure DevOps
- Testing and quality assurance best practice

- Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
- JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365 development
- Power BI
- Microsoft Certifications
