About McGraths Limestone Group & Cemfloor
McGraths Limestone Group is a family-owned business established in the 1960s and headquartered in Cong, Co. Mayo, Ireland. The Group operates across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and North America, specializing in quarrying, construction materials, calcium carbonate products, agricultural minerals, and advanced building products.
Cemfloor is McGraths' premium liquid screed division and is one of the leading flowing screed brands in the UK and Ireland. Through continuous investment in research, product development, and technical support, Cemfloor has become a recognized market leader in cement-based liquid screed technology.

As part of our continued expansion across Scotland and the wider UK market, we are seeking an ambitious and technically focused Technical Specifications Representative to help grow the Cemfloor brand, increase specifications, and support our partner network throughout Scotland.
Role Purpose
To manage, support, and grow Cemfloor volumes across Scotland through existing channel partners and approved applicators, ensuring Cemfloor is correctly specified, supplied, and installed while maintaining high technical and quality standards.
This is a technical, relationship-led sales role, focused on partner performance, project support, and specification conversion rather than cold new business.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management
- Act as primary contact for Cemfloor channel partners throughout Scotland.
- Develop partner performance through project support, pricing alignment, and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular partner reviews covering volumes, pipeline, service levels, and complaints.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
