Job Description

The role of technical support advisor is really important to us. You will be responsible for the triage and resolution of customers' technical queries providing feedback both to the client and other internal departments. Required to learn both our software and hardware products you will develop an understanding and the ability to analyse issues as reported.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Working through tickets on our CRM system with emphasis on good customer contact with phone or email, ensuring they are kept informed at every stage of the resolution.
  • Complete detailed checks of accounts providing accurate feedback direct to clients and also other business areas.
  • Build good relationships with internal stakeholders including customer service, installations, onboarding, and complaints.
  • Have an awareness of trends and repeating issues, escalating to your line manager any out of the ordinary occurrences.
  • Supporting other business areas at peak times with phone line coverage.
  • In a customer facing role there is an expectation that you generate leads and referrals for wider Radius products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong communicator, equally at ease speaking to external and internal contacts.
  • A high attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • A problem-solving mentality.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office.
