Job Description
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and customer specifications.
- Identify key technical information, dimensions, requirements and application details from drawings.
- Discuss technical requirements with customers and ask relevant questions to clarify their needs.
- Provide clear and practical technical advice by phone and email.
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and diagrams.
- Experience working with technical products, engineering components or technical specifications.
- Previous experience in technical sales, internal sales, technical support or customer service.
- The ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
