About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Technical Support Team. In this role, you will provide outstanding technical support and customer service to both customers and internal teams, helping users get the most from our software solutions.
NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in our Birmingham Office, UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support by identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues.
- Reproduce and isolate problems in a test environment.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings.
- Support Quality Assurance and Development teams with software testing and issue reporting.
- Create technical documentation, issue reports, and best-practice guidance.
- Communicate product issues, enhancements, and customer feedback to Product Management and Development teams.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external audiences.

About You
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience, ideally in engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Experience with CAD drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D.
- Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for technology and learning new tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience using a CRM system is an asset.
