Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant to support customers with technical issues related to device connectivity, mobile networks, and system access. The role focuses on communicating with customers, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and tracking issues through to resolution.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a logical troubleshooting approach, and a basic understanding of networks, devices, and SIM connectivity. Basic project or task management skills are also valuable to help track issues, prioritize work, and ensure problems are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support requests via email, ticketing system, or phone.
- Troubleshoot issues related to device connectivity, mobile networks, and SIM cards.
- Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical problems.
- Collect relevant information to diagnose issues.
- Document support cases and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to internal technical teams when necessary.
- Track issues and follow them through until resolution.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity (Wi-Fi, mobile networks, IP basics).
- Understanding of mobile devices and SIM card functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues logically and clearly explain solutions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support requests.
- Basic task or project management skills.

Preferred
- Previous experience in technical support or customer support.
