Technical Product Support Engineer | £50–60k + Equity | London

I'm working with a YC-backed AI startup that's building one of the most exciting AI products in Europe.
They're looking for a Technical Product Support Engineer to join their engineering team.
This isn't traditional support.
You'll sit between Engineering, Product and Customer Success, investigating production issues, debugging customer problems and shipping code that improves the product.

You'll be:
- ✅ Debugging production issues
- ✅ Shipping fixes alongside Product Engineers
- ✅ Working directly with the CTO and founders
- ✅ Improving internal tooling and support processes
Looking for:
- Computer Science degree (or equivalent)
- 1–2 years' commercial software engineering experience
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
- Naturally curious problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
