About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join a well-established, innovative company within the food processing industry. Qualifications

Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining strong product and technical knowledge through structured training programs, including OEM-specific courses
- Analyzing technical issues reported by clients

- Documenting support interactions accurately
- Collaborating with the engineering and technical teams to escalate complex problems as needed
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a customer-focused approach and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
