About The Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate or Entry-Level Technical Support Engineer to join a prominent European leader in engineering and environmental instrumentation. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the frontline in assisting clients with technical issues, configuring sophisticated measurement systems, and supporting the deployment of cutting-edge acoustic, air quality, and vibration monitoring technologies. You will work closely with experienced engineers and technical teams, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Electronics Engineering, Acoustical Engineering, Audio Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with practical experience in instrumentation or measurement systems are also encouraged to apply. While prior experience in customer-facing troubleshooting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A passion for technology, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach are essential qualities. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen interest in learning new technologies will set candidates apart.
Responsibilities
In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and remote sessions to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to measurement and analysis equipment.
- Assisting clients with the setup, calibration, and configuration of advanced instruments, ensuring their optimal performance before shipment.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting materials to support clients and internal teams.
- Supporting firmware and software updates, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Traveling for customer demonstrations, site visits, or training sessions, providing opportunities to deepen client relationships and enhance their understanding of the technology.
