Your Tasks
Act as a primary point of contact for complex technical issues, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives related to support operations.
- Oversee Control and monitor access to sensitive areas and assets.
- Manage workshop areas, priorities and coordinate support to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare equipment for installation, commissioning, and customer delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive support.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Utilise, modify and generate clear and accurate technical documentation as required.
Your Qualifications
Essential
- UK National with current Security Check (SC) clearance, or SC clearance held within the previous 12 months.
- Proven experience working with RF communications, IT infrastructure, and complex integrated systems.
- A motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing their own workload effectively and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Good understanding of physical and information security best practices.
- Full UK driving licence.
