We're hiring for a leading AI Developer Cloud platform that empowers over a million developers to experiment, train, deploy, and scale AI. This company is at the forefront of AI infrastructure, processing billions of inference requests and recently securing significant funding to build the future of AI development.
The Role
- Provide advanced technical support to customers, resolving complex issues through multiple communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical problems related to configuration, performance, functionality, and code errors.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, code analysis, scripting, and log analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback to the engineering team.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and guides.

What You'll Need
- At least 5 years of professional experience in technical customer support.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, and LLM-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering/development or as a networking administrator.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Ubuntu), containerization (Docker), SQL databases, and network protocols.
- Ability to write and execute scripts, queries, or commands, and read/understand code, logs, and errors in Python.
