Location: London, UK (Onsite 5 days/week)

Job Description
- Resource delivers end point testing against all premium voice and standard voice services for ad-hoc testing, RFB completion and issue investigation. Resource additionally provides feature / functionality testing for IPC, Speakerbus, and cloud 9 technology.

Provide software & hardware support as per direction of client management or project guidelines.

Maintain transaction & asset records.

Update knowledge documentation as needed.

The primary focus of the trader voice support role is to provide frontline support to the client's voice operations team and themselves within the team.

Within the remit is ensuring good staff relations and discipline. The need to maintain a focused, committed, and stable team is recognized and marked as a priority.
