Technical Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £32,000 per year
Location: Saffron Walden
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
About Us
Our client is a growing IT managed services business providing end-to-end IT and infrastructure solutions to our customers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support customers with their day-to-day IT needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and Windows issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Azure.
- Provide basic server and networking support.
- Use remote monitoring and support tools.
- Manage and update support tickets.
- Assist with IT projects, installations and maintenance, including occasional visits to client sites.
- Provide excellent customer service.

About You
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' IT support experience and a strong technical foundation.
You should have:
- Good Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Azure.
- Basic networking and server knowledge.
- Good hardware and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred.
