How It All Started

In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry-defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world’s first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

Your Challenges:

  • Provide remote and on-site after-sales technical support for residential energy storage products across the UK, troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues.
  • Collect and consolidate product and quality issues reported from the field, and escalate relevant findings to headquarters teams for further analysis and resolution.
  • Maintain localized FAQs and on-site operation guidelines, and implement repair and technical manuals provided by headquarters.
  • Deliver new product and technical training to local channel partners and installers.
  • Collaborate closely with local sales teams to manage urgent after-sales issues and customer complaints, ensuring smooth project delivery and a positive customer experience.

Your profile includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, technical service, or field after-sales service.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as required for on-site technical support.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Experience in residential energy storage, solar PV, inverters, batteries, or related renewable energy technologies is preferred.
