Technical Support Engineer – APIs & Integrations

Remote (UK)
£35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits

Occasional travel to London (approximately once every couple of months)

Neulinx has partnered with an award-winning global hospitality SaaS platform used by over 30,000 hotels, holiday rentals, and accommodation providers worldwide.

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join either the 1st or 2nd Line Support team, depending on your experience. This is a technical support role focused on APIs, integrations, and connectivity, working closely with customers, connectivity partners, and internal engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

This isn't a traditional IT helpdesk role. You'll support API integrations, diagnose platform issues, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to deliver an excellent experience for customers and integration partners.

The Role

You'll investigate technical support tickets relating to APIs, integrations, and the wider platform, helping customers and partners resolve technical issues while ensuring successful integrations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
