We are looking for a highly motivated and solution-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our UK office and participate in our very own bespoke development plan; ideally someone early in their engineering career, with experience in an OEM or supplier environment, and eager for a new challenge.

The Engineering Development Programme is aimed at enhancing technical knowledge and skills and helps to strengthen technical expertise in automotive systems; enhance problem-solving skills; develop strong customer service abilities; and steer engineers to progress towards more complex technical support roles. Although the role will be predominantly based within our Technical Support Team, you will be exposed to and support many areas of the business, including Sales, QA Testing, R&D and Technical Marketing. Not only does this provide exposure, but it also enables you to identify where your own skills are best situated, and helps us to see where potential career growth opportunities may lie.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
