About Xygeni

Xygeni is an AI-powered cybersecurity platform for the modern software development lifecycle, helping organizations protect applications, software supply chains, AI environments, developer endpoints, and CI/CD pipelines.

Xygeni brings together Application Security, AI Security, Software Supply Chain Security, Developer Endpoint Protection, and Application Security Posture Management in a single platform.

Our technology covers capabilities including SAST, SCA, DAST, Secrets Security, CI/CD Security, IaC Security, API Security, Build Security, Malware Defense, ASPM, AI Security, and Xygeni Shield.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team and become a key technical point of contact for our customers.

The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will help customers deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and get the most value from the Xygeni platform.

This is a highly technical customer-facing role. You will investigate complex issues across application security, software development environments, CI/CD pipelines, AI systems, software supply chains, and developer endpoints.

You will work closely with customers, Engineering, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and drive issues through to resolution.

We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, breaking problems down, reproducing issues, and finding the root cause.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Customer Support

  • Provide technical support to customers using the Xygeni platform.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product, configuration, integration, and deployment issues.
  • Analyze logs, errors, API responses, configurations, scan results, and system behavior.
  • Reproduce customer issues in internal environments.
  • Identify root causes and provide clear and actionable solutions.
  • Provide workarounds when a permanent fix is not immediately available.
  • Manage technical support cases from initial investigation through resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with customers throughout the troubleshooting process.
  • Escalate complex product issues to Engineering with detailed technical information and reproduction steps.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend product or documentation improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
