Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on and online technical support. This is a full-time, office-based position with some travel, including occasional overnight stays, and full training will be provided in both the UK and Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person, telephone, and email support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for both software and hardware installations.
  • Diagnose, test, and repair mechanical and electrical issues as needed.
  • Facilitate software deployment, updates, and customer training.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote Avonnex’s offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT tools.
  • Customer-Focused Communication:
    • A proactive, “Can do” approach
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and documentation.

Additional Requirements

  • Clean driving license and ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
