💰 Salary: Up to £36,000
📍 Location: London Bridge - Onsite
🕐 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Here at Burns Sheehan, we're working with a well-established MSP with a strong reputation across the London market. They're looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their support team and support a range of clients across their Microsoft environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous MSP experience who wants to build on their technical skills while working in a busy, client-facing environment.
What are they looking for?
- Previous experience working on an MSP Service Desk / Helpdesk
- Strong Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration experience
- Good working knowledge of SharePoint
- Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
- Networking experience across Switches, Firewalls, and DNS
- Experience with Azure AD / Active Directory and MDM
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
