As a Technical Support Engineer - Stimulation, you will provide technical expertise and operational support for Acid and Proppant Stimulation operations. You will work closely with field teams, Engineering, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful job execution, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
As a Technical Support Engineer - Stimulation, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise and support for Acid and Proppant Stimulation operations, ensuring safe and efficient job execution in compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
- Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and delivering technical guidance to field teams through remote support, phone consultations, and technical documentation.
- Supporting critical field operations on a 24/7 basis when required, while assisting with onshore planning activities and operational readiness.
- Investigating technical failures, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with Engineering and Technology teams to develop effective solutions.
- Promoting knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, case studies, and lessons learned within the organization's knowledge management systems.
- Raising technical alerts and communicating emerging operational risks or unfamiliar issues across the Service Delivery organization to ensure proactive resolution.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing technical personnel while fostering technical excellence and continuous learning across teams.
- Supporting special projects, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational performance, and technology adoption.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Demonstrate competency in Acid and Proppant Stimulation Engineering, ideally with vessel operations experience.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently.
- Have the ability to coach, mentor, and develop technical team members.
- Be available to provide support outside normal business hours when operational requirements demand.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
Desired Characteristics
- Thorough understanding of Product Line technology and Service Delivery requirements.
- Significant operational experience in stimulation services.
- End-to-end knowledge of drilling and completion processes.
- Ability to learn and utilize software tools for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a global team environment.
