£25,989 to £29,540 per annum - plus pending pay award - (dependant on Appropriate Skills, Qualifications And Experience)

37 hours per week

This is a full-time position, however we welcome applications from those who wish to work part-time or job share.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Technical Support Officer. The role involves providing administrative and technical support, dealing with parking-related enquiries both verbally and in writing.


Key Requirements

  • Experience of working in an office environment and dealing with members of the public.
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm manner.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Essential Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience of working in an office environment.
  • Have a good standard of English literacy skills.
  • Be able to plan, prioritise and deliver under pressure.
  • Have demonstrative customer care and communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Have the skills to deal with members of the public in a sympathetic and tactful manner.
  • Be able to work well as your own as well as part of a team.
