Location: Telford, Shropshire (Office Based)
Contract: Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive + 10% Performance Bonus

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with technical support, electrical, networking, telecommunications, electronics or customer service experience to develop their career within the rapidly expanding EV and renewable energy sector.

You'll provide technical support across a range of products, helping customers diagnose faults, resolve issues and maximise the performance of their equipment.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Product, Engineering and Software Development teams while continually expanding your technical knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing first-class technical support to customers, installers and distribution partners.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues.
  • Supporting product commissioning and configuration activities.
  • Investigating faults across EV chargers and energy storage products.
  • Escalating complex technical issues to specialist internal teams where required.
  • Maintaining accurate records through support ticketing systems.
  • Prioritising and managing multiple customer cases simultaneously.
  • Communicating technical information clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Contributing to product improvements through customer feedback and issue analysis.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of technical knowledge resources and troubleshooting guides.

A Typical Day Might Include

  • Helping an installer configure a new EV charger
  • Troubleshooting a connectivity issue with a customer
  • Working with engineering teams to investigate a product fault
  • Providing technical guidance over the phone and email
  • Testing potential solutions before communicating them to customers
  • Identifying recurring issues and helping improve future products

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and learning new technologies.
