Technical Support Representative

Our client is a growing renewable energy technology business providing technical support, training, and after-sales services for energy storage business globally.

Role

This is a remote position supporting installation partners across the UK and Ireland. The Technical Support Trainer will deliver technical training, provide troubleshooting support, and help customers and installers successfully deploy and maintain energy systems. The role includes designing and delivering training programmes, resolving technical issues, supporting internal teams, and conducting occasional site visits for training and technical assistance.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or customer service
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver technical training to a range of audiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland
  • Experience in renewable energy, electrical systems, solar, storage, or related technologies is beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Engineering or technical education background preferred
