Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Technical Support Representative Senior to join our ever evolving Enterprise & SMB team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
- Deliver day-to-day technical support across network infrastructure, desktop systems, hardware, and software, ensuring the reliable operation of business-critical technology.
- Partner directly with Enterprise customers, helping them maximise the value of Worldpay products and services through exceptional technical support.
- Handling escalations as an SME with case management to resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve issues relating to network infrastructure, desktop environments, client devices, servers, and software applications.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts.
- Maintain data integrity, password management processes, and file system security standards.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance for non-technical customers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences by recommending appropriate hardware and software solutions.

What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in a technical support, service desk, or customer support environment.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to enterprise and B2B clients.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to produce high-quality written communications, including customer correspondence and incident documentation.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and continuously developing technical expertise.

Hybrid working options available Monday – Friday
Our core hours are 8am-5pm – on a rotational shift 8.00am - 3.30pm or 9.30am - 5.00pm
