Office Based Master Technician
Location: Chiswick, London
Salary: Up to £60,000 basic + up to 15% bonus
Candidate must have:
- EV Level 4 qualification
- Master Tech Accreditation (Any Brand)

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Office Based Master Technician to support the dealer network across the UK, working with a rapidly expanding international automotive brand.

This role suits a senior technician who enjoys complex diagnostics, field support, and working with new vehicle platforms and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to dealerships across your territory
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Manage multiple open technical cases via the manufacturer system
- Liaise with engineering teams to drive root cause and permanent resolution
- Support Warranty, Quality and Customer Experience functions
- Deliver hands-on technical training and dealer workshops
- Assist in producing technical bulletins and troubleshooting documentation

About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive diagnostics or technical support
- Master Technician or equivalent experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical and fault-finding capability
- Hybrid and EV experience highly desirable
- Well organised with strong communication skills
- Willing to travel across the region, including overnight stays when required
- Full UK driving licence
