Role Description
This part-time, on-site Technical Support Specialist role is based in London. The Technical Support Specialist will respond to and resolve user inquiries, diagnose technical issues, and perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems. The role includes providing customer support via multiple channels, documenting incidents and resolutions, and escalating complex issues when needed. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely solutions, maintain high customer satisfaction, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes. The position also involves keeping systems and knowledge bases up to date and following established service-level and security procedures.

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve a range of IT issues.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and service-oriented behaviour.
- Relevant experience with Windows and/or macOS environments, common business applications, and basic networking concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a professional manner.
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role and relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage.
