We are actively looking to secure a Technical Support Professional to join Experis. Role Summary
We are seeking a capable and customer-focused Technical Support Professional to join the team in Bristol. The successful candidate will manage a queue of technical issues and service requests, investigate reported problems and complete standard change requests in line with documented procedures.

You will be responsible for resolving incidents where possible and escalating more complex issues to senior team members when required. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise a queue of incidents and service requests using Remedy.
- Investigate technical issues and identify appropriate resolutions.
- Complete standard service requests and changes in accordance with documented procedures.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members when required.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations, actions and resolutions.
- Follow established IT service-management processes and operational procedures.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders regarding progress and outcomes.
- Ensure requests are completed within agreed timescales and service levels.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A methodical approach to investigating and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise workload effectively.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a technical support team.

Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly ITIL 4.
- Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and its role in access management.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with Remedy or similar IT service-management platforms.
- Previous experience working in a technical support or service desk environment.
Working Arrangements
This is an on-site position based in Bristol, BS34 8JH. Remote working is not available for this role. Applicants must be UK nationals and have a minimum of five years’ UK residency in order to meet the clearance requirements.
