Not every technical support role is about fixing problems. Some are about becoming the person everyone turns to before problems happen.
At Mandik UK, I'm looking for a curious engineering graduate or early-career engineer who wants to build genuine technical expertise within a growing engineering business.
You'll become the technical bridge between our customers, estimators, controls engineers, and technical management, helping customers find the right solution while developing an exceptional understanding of specialist fire safety ventilation products.

About Mandik UK
Mandik UK designs and manufactures specialist fire safety ventilation systems used in commercial buildings across the UK.
When Mandik UK was established, the team consisted of just two people. Today, they're a growing engineering business of around 18 employees, supporting projects across the UK.
While they've grown quickly, they've worked hard to maintain the collaborative, down-to-earth culture that has been central to their success from day one.

The Opportunity
This isn't a call-centre support role! It's an opportunity to become one of the technical experts within the business.
You'll spend your time:
- Supporting customers with technical product enquiries
- Reviewing customer specifications and drawings
- Clarifying technical information before projects reach the estimating team
- Helping colleagues solve engineering queries
- Learning their control systems and specialist products in depth
- Supporting technical documentation
- Developing into someone capable of delivering product training
- Occasionally visiting customer sites when required
Who They're Looking For
They're far more interested in your attitude than whether you've worked with similar products before.
You could be a graduate or someone with a couple of years' experience from areas such as:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Building Services
- HVAC
- Controls Engineering
- Technical Support
- Applications Engineering
- Industrial Automation
You'll probably have:
- An engineering degree or similar technical qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A genuine curiosity about how things work
- Confidence speaking with customers and colleagues
- A desire to keep learning

What You'll Learn
Over your first 12 months, you'll:
- Build detailed technical knowledge of specialist fire safety products
