Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: UK
I. Mission of the Role
As a key bridge between our product and clinical applications, you will be responsible for providing professional product training, treatment plan explanation, and full-cycle technical support to doctors and customers. Your work will ensure accurate and effective clinical use of our products, while continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.
II. Core Responsibilities
- Conduct medical product and system training for doctors, covering product operation, system usage, and related medical knowledge through online or offline sessions.
- Communicate with doctors in the UK regarding patient cases, interpret the logic of Smartee treatment plans, and answer clinical questions.
- Provide pre-sale and after-sale technical support to ensure timely and accurate guidance for customers throughout the product journey.
- Support industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and corporate events in the UK by delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and medical content.
- Respond to medical and technical inquiries from customers, maintain positive client relationships, and continuously improve service satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

III. Requirements
Essential:
- Solid medical knowledge or in-depth experience in digital design for clear aligners (e.g., understanding of tooth movement animation, appliance manufacturing logic).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical and clinical information clearly to doctors.
- Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, able to quickly grasp new product logic and adapt to a cross-cultural, collaborative work environment.

Preferred:
- 3-5 years of experience as an animator/designer in the clear aligner industry, familiar with the end-to-end digital design-to-production process.
- Medical education background or clinical work experience in a hospital setting (especially in dentistry, orthodontics, or related fields).
