Job Summary
This is an entry-level position. Install and configure Slim4 (our software), as well as other software, systems, and networks. Respond to issues and service requests in a timely manner. Provide technical support to the entire company.

General Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and respond to customer needs regarding the management and use of Slim4 software, as well as database administration, scripting, and manipulation.
- Support consultants and sales in the implementation process.
- Document case resolution details and record this information in the designated platform.
- Install equipment for employee use and ensure the correct installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Diagnose computer hardware to confirm proper operation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Professional Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in this field.
- Knowledge and experience in providing IT support to internal customers.
- Knowledge of computer equipment and software
- Knowledge of networks.
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, methodical, analytical.
