Technical Support Specialist (Remote UK)
Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a technically minded, customer-focused and problem-solving Technical Support Specialist to provide remote support and help resolve day-to-day IT and system-related issues.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users and developing practical experience within a remote technical support environment.

💷 Salary: £35,000–£38,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users through email, chat and remote support channels
- Troubleshoot software, system, account and basic connectivity issues
- Log, manage and update support tickets accurately
- Resolve common technical problems and escalate more complex issues when required
- Support users with access, account and system-related queries
- Maintain clear records of incidents, actions and resolutions
- Work with internal technical teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Deliver a professional and positive support experience

Requirements
- Strong interest in IT and technical support
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365 and general computer systems
- Comfortable using ticketing systems and online support tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple support requests effectively
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous IT support, Help Desk, Service Desk or customer support experience is helpful but not essential
