Technical Support Specialist - VoIP
This is an exciting and rarely available role with a long-standing customer of ours who operates in a really interesting niche and have helped shape their market for decades.
You'll be joining a small, close-knit team of talented engineers who operate across a range of technical areas and each brings an area of specialism to the business. The area of specialism we require in this particular role is VoIP, and specifically SIP.
The role is focused on supporting existing and new customers who are experiencing issues with their VoIP services. Our client has a tremendous track record in that market and is also innovating with new products that will give you an opportunity to broaden your horizons.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 or 3 days per week in the office. There is occasional travel to other sites (e.g. data centres) and some (usually fairly light) duties on an out-of-hours rota.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
