Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Surveyor to carry out detailed property inspections and surveys, providing technical advice to support maintenance, repairs, and development projects. You will ensure all work meets legal, safety, and quality standards.
Accountabilities
Your accountabilities will include but not limited to:
- Conduct property surveys to assess condition, identify defects, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of surveys, works, and inspections.
- Contribute towards and support the review of Asset Management Policies and Procedures

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong written communication skills and verbal skills, with experience engaging with customers, colleagues, external stakeholders, and enforcing bodies
- Experience in building surveying or a related technical field.
- Extensive knowledge of building construction standards, and legislation, and an ability to diagnose and specify remedies to building defects
- Experience of undertaking assessments in line with the Housing Health & Safety Rating System
