Hawkwood is partnering with a highly ambitious AI start-up to hire a Technical Talent Partner following an impressive Series B Fundraise.

Backed by leading investors including Y Combinator and 20VC, our client has developed a category-defining AI platform and quickly established itself as one of the most high-growth businesses in the European AI ecosystem.

Founded by an exceptionally strong technical leadership team with deep expertise across AI, machine learning and software engineering, the business combines cutting-edge technology with a highly ambitious and execution-focused culture. This combination has translated into rapid commercial success, with the company reaching eight-figure ARR and securing more than $50m in funding across its Series A and Series B rounds.

With plans to more than double headcount over the coming year, the business is now making a significant investment in its talent function. Working closely with the Founding Talent Lead and senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of hiring across AI, Engineering, Product and Data, while helping to build the processes, candidate experience and talent infrastructure required to support the company's next phase of growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
