Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: London

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across AI, Data and Technology functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and People Partners to attract, engage and hire high-quality technical talent. Acting as a brand ambassador for QA, the role combines proactive talent sourcing, stakeholder management and market intelligence to build strong talent pipelines and support business growth.

You’ll ensure an exceptional candidate experience, provides expert recruitment advice, champions inclusive hiring practices, and uses data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment performance and attraction strategies within the competitive technology talent market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment across AI, Data and Technology roles.
  • Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for QA, promoting our purpose, culture and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and sourcing through to interview, offer management and onboarding.
  • Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and direct search techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key AI, Data and Technology skillsets to support current and future hiring demand.
  • Provide recruitment advice and regular market updates to hiring managers, helping them make informed hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency and effective stakeholder management.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen QA's position within the AI & Data talent market.
  • Monitor recruitment performance, reporting on pipeline activity, time-to-hire and hiring progress.
  • Keep up to date with trends in the technical recruitment market, sharing insights to improve attraction strategies.
  • Champion inclusive recruitment practices, ensuring diverse talent pipelines and fair, consistent selection processes.

Your Experience

  • Experience recruiting AI, Data, Technology or other specialist technical roles.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in either an in-house or agency environment.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical vacancies.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
