Remote role with travel once a month to Liverpool Street
Permanent role £35k base + commission

Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our high-performing teams. You’ll be sourcing top-tier talent across Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Cloud, Data Architecture, Security, Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management, with a strong focus on candidates holding SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates with expertise in AI, Software (Java, Python, Nodejs), Cloud (Azure/AWS), Data Architecture, Security, Testing, BA, and PM.
- Identify and engage security-cleared professionals (SC) via recruitment platforms, social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Resourcer or in a similar Technical Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of AI, Software Development, cloud technologies (Azure & AWS), and delivery functions (Testing, BA, PM).
- Experience recruiting candidates within the public sector or with security clearance highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

What Happens Next?
Our Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch to advise you on the next steps. We have a two-stage interview process for most of our consultants. In certain cases, we may include a third and final stage, which is a conversation with the company Partners. This will only be considered if deemed necessary.
This role at Amber Labs is Fulltime, and all employees are required to meet the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS. Please be advised that, at this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship or hold a visa of any type.
