An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Technical Talent & Executive Support Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic organisation. This is a varied position that combines talent development administration with executive support responsibilities, playing a key role in supporting employee progression, workforce planning and senior leadership operations.
Your new role
Reporting into the leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating employee training, development pathways and career progression activities across the business. You will maintain accurate training and competency records, monitor progress against development plans and provide meaningful reporting to support workforce planning and future talent pipelines.
Alongside these responsibilities, you will provide professional executive support to the Company Leadership Team, coordinating meetings, communications, presentations and engagement activities to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
Key duties will include:
Technical Talent Coordination:
- Maintaining accurate training, qualification, licence and development records.
- Tracking employee progression against agreed development plans and career pathways.
- Coordinating training bookings, attendance and joining instructions.
- Liaising with managers, employees and training providers to ensure records remain up to date.
- Monitoring training completion rates, competency levels and requalification requirements.
- Producing reports and management information relating to workforce capability, talent pipelines and development activity.
- Supporting workforce planning through the maintenance of skills and succession planning data.
- Identifying and escalating risks, delays or gaps within development programmes.
- Ensuring confidential employee information is managed securely and in line with company procedures.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across administrative processes and reporting.
- Providing diary management and administrative support to operational leaders.

Executive Support:
- Coordinating meetings, room bookings and leadership events.
- Preparing presentations, reports and business communications.
- Supporting the organisation of employee engagement activities and company-wide communications.
- Assisting with the administration of leadership meetings and wider business initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also demonstrate:
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong initiative.
- The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A professional, approachable and dependable attitude.

Desirable experience includes:
- A qualification in Business Administration, Data Management, IT or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within an engineering, aviation, manufacturing or other regulated environment.
- Experience maintaining training matrices, competency frameworks or development records.
- Exposure to talent development, training coordination or workforce planning activities.
- Knowledge of STEM-related environments or technical workforce development would be advantageous.
