Summary
The Technical Team Leader is directly responsible for the coordination and/or execution of the activities assigned to his work group within the Maintenance Team and ensure the productivity of the team along with supporting the successful completion of the tasks requested by its hierarchy.
Quelles seront vos responsabilités?
Operational
- Provides preventive/predictive or curative repair of the site's mining fleet, performs any intervention requested or necessary such as scheduled maintenance, OVH, repairs, diagnostics by following the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations
- Proposes or complies with the established schedule
- Prepares work orders to be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the respective departments
- Ensures that machines are professionally and efficiently maintained in accordance with manufacturer standards and norms

Quality
- Use dedicated templates and fill them in correctly
- Proactively report anomalies found during the execution of his task
- Comply with applicable procedures and instructions
HSE
- Animate toolboxes according to the schedule established by the HSE Dept
- Have an understanding of security policies and procedures by participating in risk studies and creating specific SOPs
- Take responsibility for the application of the security rules of the teams under his direct responsibility, use the LOTO (Lock out / tag out)
- Ensure appropriate PPE equipment is worn for the task being performed, ensure that all employees under the Technical Team Leader’s responsibility wear their PPE and use and take care of the correct tools/equipment for the task. (Maximizing life and performance)

Who are we looking for?
- Ideally having graduated from a Technical school
- Languages: French, technical English at least
- Mining experience (min TP) is essential
- IT Skills: MS Office + ERP
- Having experience in a Supervisor position is a plus
