Our name reflects our mission. “GE” carries a legacy of quality and ingenuity. “Ver” signals Earth’s lush ecosystems, while “Nova” nods to a new era of lower-carbon energy we are helping to deliver. Electrification

Our Electrification solutions modernize grids, enable renewable integration, and strengthen energy systems. From software to power conversion and storage, we help create smarter, more resilient energy networks.

Let’s Talk about the Role

The Technical Tendering Engineering will act as the technical bridge between our solution engineering, global manufacturing units, and commercial teams throughout the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process. You will ensure that every tender we submit is technically sound, cost-effective, and backed by robust manufacturing feasibility, ultimately ensuring that what we promise at the bidding stage is successfully delivered to our customers.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Leading coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions to secure accurate costing and manufacturing feasibility.
  • Driving the standardization of tendering assumptions to ensure consistency and quality across all technical offer packages.
  • Identifying potential risks and opportunities early in the tender cycle to protect project margins and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams to navigate complex constraints, ensuring our technical solutions remain competitive yet executable.
  • Improving alignment between our front-end ITO processes and back-end manufacturing execution for seamless project transitions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Skills for Success

You should be a strategic thinker with a focus on precision and cross-functional leadership, featuring:

  • The ability to assess complex shop floor capacity, lead times, and resource constraints to validate project feasibility.
  • The capability to manage and maintain detailed risk registers, quantifying technical and manufacturing impacts.
  • An expertise in the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process and its impact on long-term project execution.
  • A keen interest in fostering collaboration between commercial and operational teams.
  • An understanding of how accurate bill-of-materials and labor costing inputs drive project success.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
