We design and manufacture world-leading land force protection systems, cyber and electromagnetic activities (CEMA), electronic warfare (EW), and encryption capabilities. Our cyber capabilities provide an information advantage in the fields of kinetic conflict, cyber warfare, force protection, and counterterrorism.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology to join our team as a Technical Trainer. This role is responsible for creating, developing, and delivering technical training content and conducting engaging in-person training sessions within Electronic Warfare systems.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate concepts clearly and confidently while supporting learners in developing practical knowledge and technical capability.

What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

  • Design, creation, and maintenance of new and existing training material, experience in developing eLearning content would be a bonus.
  • Delivery of Training on Electronic Warfare (EW) and/or Cryptography solutions to customers at all levels
  • Assisting in a variety of pre and post-sales technical support tasks on behalf of Sales and Customer Support teams, such as product presentations and demonstrations, as well as 1st/2nd line helpdesk technical support
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product Management through provision of customer feedback and user SMEs
  • International travel for short durations

What you’ll bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering formal classroom-based Instructor Led training and/or informal workplace training
  • Prior experience of acting as a technical SME in one or more of the following areas: Radio Frequency principles and applications, IP Networking, C5ISR, EW (including both Electronic Surveillance, Electronic Attack, and associated applications)
  • Experience of Training lifecycles/systematic approach to training from initial concept through design and delivery
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong team player who is flexible, adaptable, and able to multi-task
  • Minimum SC clearance
