Responsibilities

  • Assess customer technical environments and workflows to identify training needs, and recommend appropriate training solutions to enhance their practice management and productivity.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for customers covering various aspects of Clio Operate.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and best practices on utilizing Clio Operate to optimize workflows and productivity.

  • Maintain and update existing Rise courses and other training content to reflect Clio Operate feature changes and new releases, ensuring materials remain accurate and current.
  • Build assessments and knowledge checks within courses to validate learner comprehension, and use LMS data (completion rates, quiz scores, engagement) to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
  • Manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), including publishing, versioning, and reporting on usage and completion metrics.
  • Develop supporting learning assets — job aids, quick-reference guides, and storyboards — to reinforce and extend live training sessions.
  • Manage instructional design projects end-to-end, from scoping and storyboarding through stakeholder review and publishing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their training and adoption journey while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to training content based on customer feedback and learner outcome data.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and professional services teams to identify training gaps and translate them into new self-paced e-learning content.
  • Share insights and customer feedback to become an advocate for customers with internal stakeholders and contribute to product enhancements and improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
