Electrical Technical Tutor
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a full time, permanent Electrical Technical Tutor to join our Slough & Langley College team in the Apprenticeships department. The salary ranges from £41,096 (L34) up to £44,165 (L37) per annum on the support staff pay scale, depending on experience and qualifications.
Role Overview
Technical Tutor - Electrical
In this role, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, delivering high quality training, skills coaching and mentoring to ensure successful completion towards their End Point Assessment Gateway. You will work closely with apprentices, employers and internal support teams to track progress, monitor off-the-job training and deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.
Key Requirements
- Relevant industry qualifications (including 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S)
- A recognised teaching qualification (such as CET, DET, or DTLLS)
- An Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for inspiring the next generation of electricians and helping every apprentice reach their full potential
