About the Job

The Opportunity

As a Technical Writer at JivPad, you will make complex technology understandable, accessible, and elegant through the written word. JivPad is a modern communication platform powered by AI, enabling individuals with speech or hearing differences, and anyone who desires intelligent call assistance, to connect with confidence and authenticity. Our platform also delivers real-time translation for in-person conversations, removing language barriers entirely.

In this role, you will create and maintain the documentation that empowers users, developers, and internal teams to understand and interact with our platform with clarity. You will translate intricate AI and voice technology concepts into precise, well-structured documentation that reflects the quality and sophistication of the product itself.

This is an opportunity to define the documentation standard of a company from its earliest days, where your words will bridge the gap between powerful technology and the people it serves.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation including user guides, API references, integration guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to understand new features and translate technical specifications into clear, user-facing documentation.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation including architecture overviews, onboarding materials, and process guides that support team alignment and efficiency.
  • Establish and govern documentation standards, style guides, and information architecture that scale with the product and organisation.
  • Conduct content audits to ensure documentation remains accurate, consistent, and up to date as the platform evolves.
  • Gather feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the clarity, structure, and discoverability of documentation.
  • Champion accessibility in documentation, ensuring content is usable and navigable for people of all abilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About JivPad

JivPad is a modern communication platform built on the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and in control of their own voice. Our AI-powered calling technology enables users to make phone calls with full autonomy, whether they choose to speak through AI using their own cloned voice, direct the conversation in real time via text, or seamlessly take over the call themselves. Our live translation feature allows people speaking different languages to converse naturally, in person, without delays or interruptions.

We are not building another AI calling tool. We are building the future of human connection, where technology amplifies who you are rather than replacing you.

If you require accommodation during the application or interview process, please reach out to our team and we will ensure your needs are met with care.

Let's build the future of communication, together.
