Technician: 2nd Line Technical Support

The Technician: 2nd Line Technical Support will act as an escalation point for more complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by 1st Line Support. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving a broad range of hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining excellent customer service.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual with a solid foundation in IT Systems, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Candidates will be required to have a customer-focused approach, a minimum of an IT qualification to level 2 or equivalent and a willingness to work towards a level 3 qualification.
  • To work both independently and as part of a wider technical team.
  • Ideally, you will have a full clean driving license, and the ability to travel frequently between our sites and drive the college vehicles if required.
