Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician at our Maidenhead location. The Technician will perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to ensure the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include:

- Conducting routine inspections
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of completed work
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Strong technical skills, including vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with BMW vehicles or similar high-performance automotive brands (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards within the automotive industry
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Organization and attention-to-detail to maintain accurate service records
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Valid UK driving license
- A proactive and positive attitude toward continuous learning and skill enhancement
