About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and safety-conscious Technician to join our Site Operations team.

If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, working with technology and being part of a team that delivers meaningful projects, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out traffic, transportation and pedestrian surveys using a range of survey technologies including video, ANPR, ATC, radar and manual techniques.
- Installing, monitoring and recovering survey equipment safely and efficiently.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Reviewing survey briefs and understanding project requirements before attending site.
- Travelling to survey locations across the UK and Ireland.
- Monitoring survey performance and data quality throughout projects.
- Providing clear and timely project updates and survey reports to the Projects team.
- Preparing equipment and supporting site reviews where required.
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment to ensure they remain safe and fit for purpose.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
