As a Technician Operative, you'll:
Play a key role in ensuring our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll be trusted to make a real impact from day one, working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What to expect:
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards. The role is Days Based: Monday – Friday with a focus on hygiene rotating across all lines and support to daily running requirements.
You will:
- Champion safe working practices and support a positive safety culture.
- Carry out key cleaning routines on a daily basis in line with hygiene standards.
- Follow cleaning schedules, work instructions, and safe operating procedures.
- Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and responsibly.
- Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in line with site expectations.
- Support line running activities to include: quality checks, card filling and general line support.
- Accurately complete operational and quality documentation.
- Support line changeovers, start-ups and shutdown procedures.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality and Production teams to minimise downtime and improve performance.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and actively contribute ideas.

Skills & Essentials:
We're looking for someone who is motivated, proactive and keen to develop within a world-class manufacturing environment.
To be successful, you'll ideally bring:
- Strong awareness of health, safety and quality standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Able to undertake the physical aspects of the role, including manual cleaning, working in restricted-access areas, bending, kneeling, reaching and manual handling activities, in line with safe working practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as alone.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or processing environment.
- A practical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence working in a fast-moving operational environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or technical awareness would be advantageous.
- Experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to support shift patterns and business requirements where applicable.
