Job Title: Techno-Business Project Manager

Location: Dunstable, UK (Onsite for 3 days/week)

Job type: Contract for FTC for 6 months

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Techno-Business Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of one of the key workstreams within a large-scale F&B Transformation Programme.

The role will operate across Business, Operations, Product, Technology, Platform/Integration teams and external vendors, taking accountability for the overall workstream outcome rather than individual team or supplier deliverables.

We need a highly proactive, hands-on, go-getter PM who can bring multiple teams together, identify gaps and dependencies, unblock issues and drive delivery through to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of an assigned F&B transformation workstream, such as Order & Pay or other digital/operational initiatives.
  • Manage the lifecycle across requirements, design, technology delivery, integrations, testing, deployment, operational readiness and hypercare.
  • Build and manage the integrated workstream plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID and key decisions.
  • Coordinate across Business, Operations, Product/Digital, Technology, Platform teams and multiple third-party vendors.
  • Proactively identify cross-team gaps, risks and dependencies and drive them through to resolution.
  • Facilitate business and technical discussions, effectively bridging business/operational requirements and technology delivery.
  • Drive testing, UAT, pilot/deployment and business readiness across participating teams.
  • Provide clear status, risks, decisions and recommendations to programme leadership.
  • Work closely with other workstream PMs to manage cross-workstream dependencies and overall programme alignment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
